Improving centrifugal fan impeller performance
As an important type of fluid machinery, centrifugal fan is widely used in various sectors of the national economy. It is one of the main energy-consuming machines and an important research area for energy saving and emission reduction. The research process shows that: Improving the design level of the centrifugal fan impeller is the key to improving the efficiency of the centrifugal fan and expanding its operating range. This paper will summarize the research on the methods and approaches to improve the performance of centrifugal fans in recent years from the aspects of the design of centrifugal fans and the use of boundary layer control technology to improve the performance of centrifugal fans.
In recent years, the research on the internal flow of the centrifugal fan impeller has made significant progress. Some research results have been applied to the actual design, and satisfactory results have been obtained. At present, the research on the internal flow of the centrifugal fan impeller is still one of the more active research areas. The author believes that further research can be carried out in the following aspects:
(1) How to conduct a more in-depth study of the application of the approximate model method in the ventilator, and combine the existing blade design technology to explore a more efficient and rapid optimization design method;
(2) How to combine the adaptive boundary layer control technology of centrifugal impellers such as cascade cascades, wheel cover openings and blade slits to improve the performance of centrifugal fan impellers and the efficiency of centrifugal fans in the full range of operating conditions;
(3) Research on design methods considering unsteady characteristics. At present, research on the flow inside the centrifugal fan impeller is still based on steady calculation. With the development of dynamic tests and numerical simulations, people will become more and more clear about the unsteady phenomenon and mechanism of the internal flow of the impeller machinery. Manufacturers, it is very important to apply unsteady research results to design work.
Main fan management system
1. Monitoring instruments such as water column, ammeter, voltmeter, power meter, bearing thermometer must be installed in the main fan room. The main fan is responsible for the full-time driver, and the fan manufacturer fills in the operation records on time.
2. Before the newly installed main fan is put into production, the continuous operation time must not be less than 72 hours, the price of the fan, and the fan performance test. The performance of the main fan in operation must be measured every five years.
3. The main fan must be equipped with a backup fan of the same capacity. When the main fan is out of service due to solid conditions, the backup fan must be started within 10 minutes. 4. The inspection items include: ventilator and its starting equipment, suction room, explosion-proof door (risk) fixed facilities. If the downhole door and anti-freezing facilities are found in the underground, the problem will be dealt with in time. An anti-wind exercise is conducted once a year. When the ventilation system of the mine changes greatly, an anti-wind exercise is carried out at any time.
5. The leakage conditions of the anti-wind facilities and explosion-proof doors of the main fan room shall be checked at least once every quarter by the mine manager. The air leakage rate of the ventilator device shall not exceed 5%. , Ventilator, anti-wind interval no more than 18 months.
6. The operation angle of the main fan must be approved by the chief miner.
7. During the single machine operation of the ventilator for some reason, special measures must be formulated. The operation time of the single machine within one week must be approved by the chief miner. If the time exceeds one week, it must be submitted to the higher authority for approval.
